Greetings from from the far flung isles of langerhand (at least, that's what the Firesign Theatre said) and Key West. I know you're doing all those summer fun things but I want to update a few offers we are having at the Eden House and an update on the Princess Anne.  

Starting August 21st and running til September 21st, Eden House is inviting you to come back and whistle while we work. Monday through Thursday our deluxe rooms are $99 a night and our apartments are $199. As an added bonus if you stay 6 nights with this special we will give you one of the $99 nights free!

Now for our Regulaaars for the rest of our summer we are offering 15% off Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights and 20% off Sundays thru Wednesday's....be sure to get your reward points and use them at both the Princess Anne of Asheville or the Eden House. 

I'm in Asheville as we speak and I just had lunch at 12 Bones at their new location and I think it was better than at the old location. Let me know when you try it next and if you agree with me. The new location is still is the RAD (River Arts District).  Check out the Liberty Cafe on Liberty Street, the food is great. 

The Princess Anne had an open house this past week to get to know the neighbors and we had a great time... the wine and hors d' oeuvres. We are making lots of food changes at The Princess Anne. We are sourcing lots of local producrts and joing Asheveille in the farm to table movment. We are using local organic eggs, milk and even getting our meets from Hickory Nut Gap Farm. Our homemade granola is by far some of the best I've ever eaten. 

Lest I forget, the last two winners for a 3 nights stay at the Princess Anne are Jack Sanders and the Chilibecks.  Thanks for all the whacky postcards. After a couple stiff drinks I surf through them imagining I'm wandering the planet. I'll have you know, I drew the winners in a dark room by myself 

We are installing new split (ACs) units throughout both the Princess Anne and the Eden House this summer and have a few more surprises in store for you on your next visit.
